End of the year post full of knives and such!
As 2016 winds down to a close, I cannot say thank you enough to everyone who has made this year in the shop a great one. To everyone who has bought a knife, took a class or just followed along, THANKS for your continued support. I accomplished quite a bit this past year. Even with a few bumps in the round along the way, I still managed to grow considerably.
Teaching, tools and knives... Oh My!
What a crazy month October was. So crazy in fact, I only posted one update to the website in that time. Time to get back on top of it and keep this thing dusted off. The past 30 days have been a fury of forging items in the shop, along with a influx of students taking classes and some knives being made. K.S.K. in 5/32" thick D2 is on the bench. So it begins... Summer and the knives with it that come with it.
Summer has begun, but considering the temps here in the upstate of South Carolina, it began a few weeks ago. It has made for some sweaty days, but also some great times in the shop. Some knives are being made and items forged almost daily. Lots of cold beverages, although more water than brews, are being downed.
